I never should have gotten new doors.  Now my garage is now  extremely well lighted during the day and I can see and find things…ugh!!. Those insulated doors aren’t letting the heat or cold come into my garage anymore and the worst part is that I just have to push a button to open a door and I don’t get to fight with those roll ups.

All kidding aside the only issue I had was that one of the doors was on a very  similar channel as my neighbor.  We were intermittently opening each other’s door.  A quick reprogram and no longer  an issue. I appreciate the nice job you did and thanks again.

Mr. Hawkins was very nice to deal with. He gave us a great quote to replace the garage door. He arrived on time and replaced the door and charged the amount he quoted us. We are very pleased with the work he did and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Well we have been in our house since 1997 and it was time for new garage doors and openers as they were starting to fail. Tom originally came out several months ago when one of our garage doors would not shut when you closed it. I was impressed because Tom adjusted the doors and got them to work without costing me a penny. So when it was time to replace them I called Tom from TK Ventures LLC a locally owned company to get a estimate on two new garage doors with openers. Tom came out quickly and helped me pick out the correct system for our house at a very good price. We ordered the custom doors and openers and within three weeks Tom was out to install them. They basically got the got done in one day. The workmanship was excellent and Tom even went out of his way to get our homelite system in our Lexus to work with the new doors. I am so pleased with the new doors and openers as they are so quiet and are insulated to help with the Heat/Air lose, as our master bedroom is right above the garage. Now I don’t get waked up by the clamming of garage doors when my wife leaves for work early in the morning before I do. I would recommend TK Ventures LLC to anyone who needs this type of service. My experience with TK Ventures was very positive. Excellent communication, honest and reasonable pricing, respectful interaction, and perfect work. I told Tom what I wanted, which was service on my existing tracks and door, and a new opener. He performed on schedule and efficiently, exactly as promised. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold anything I didn’t need, and I was perfectly comfortable having him working at my home.

We first used Tom a few years ago when our springs broke right before Christmas. Tom came out late at night to fix our springs before the holiday. When we were ready for a new garage door, we called Tom because we were so impressed with him. We love our new door and opener! We were able to try different doors on our house using a picture before we ordered. Installation was smooth and efficient. Our new garage door opener was super quiet but, recently, it started making noises. Tom came out and showed us how to lubricate the hinges and it is good as new. He will stand behind his products and installations. We highly recommend TK Ventures for all of your garage door needs!

Tom provided an estimate, came out to see what the repair was so that he could order the appropriate parts and called to schedule the repair as soon as the parts arrived. He was courteous and did a great job! I will definitely call him back if I need any future repairs.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. He said what he was going to do and he did what he said he would do. The door was a special order door and it came in perfectly matching the other doors. Tom was neat in appearance and when the job was complete, the worksite was picked up, refuse removed and spotless.
